What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you can choose to subscribe to any of our paid plans. If you don't subscribe, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier with basic features. Your data will be preserved for 30 days.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for annual enterprise plans.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit. We're GDPR compliant and undergo regular security audits. Your customer data is never shared with third parties.
Do I need a Meta Business account for WhatsApp?
Yes, to use WhatsApp Business API through Messagingfox, you need a verified Meta Business account. We'll help you set this up during onboarding - it typically takes 24-48 hours.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes! You can import contacts via CSV file or through our API. We support bulk imports and will help ensure your contact list is properly formatted and compliant with messaging regulations.
What's included in 'unlimited broadcasts'?
Unlimited broadcasts means you can send as many broadcast campaigns as you need. Note that WhatsApp has its own messaging limits based on your phone number quality rating, but Messagingfox doesn't impose additional limits on Pro and Enterprise plans.
